I have been buying this bread for several months now, and it is still my favorite bread in Raleigh. It lasts at least 1 week safely stored in its original package in the pantry (not the fridge!). You can eat it as it is or toast it. Very healthy, and I love the combination with cherries. Delicious with butter, olive oil & balsamic cream, avocado, salami, tomatoes & mozzarella, tapenade, omelette and many more!
