This is the best sourdough bread that I have found in Raleigh. It truly tast like San Francisco sourdough. I think the fact that she does a slow fermentation and uses high quality flour makes all the difference.

Everything from Viktoriia’s Bakery is delicious, and the apple pie surpassed any apple pie we’ve ever had! You should definitely order an apple pie while it’s one of her offerings, you’ll be in for a treat!

Delivered right to my door the day before Thanksgiving. It was absolutely delicious and piled high with apples. The crust was buttery and perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

One of the best pumpkin cakes that I’ve ever had. Just the right amount of sweetness to go along with the spices makes this a must have.
